Got system installed today!

Well today i got my system installed:

-2 12w3's in an exact specs JL audio HO box with white paint instead of the bright red (to match my white explorer of course)

-the new JL 500/1 amp

-new deck (pioneer deh-p6300) will be in next week

This thing POUNDS extremely loud i cant even believe. the entire car shakes and the rearview mirror keeps moving position and it has fallen off twice. is there a way to stop that from happening??? also because the back hatch part and like all inside the car shakes and a little rattles and stuff, should i use the spray foam stuff or dynamat? any other ideas? thanks, maybe i can get some pictures. Do u have to have a digital camera to post pictures on here? let me know thanks

Yes there is a way to stop that from happening---TURN THE VOLUME DOWN!! lol

hahaha, agreed that will stop it. This is the problem with audio. .you get it louder, things start to rattle shake and sometimes fall apart. The best thing to do would be to get some dynamat (or high temp mastic, talk about this in a sec) or some dynamat extreme (RAAM mat off of ebay for much cheaper) either way you should be able to stop a lot of rattle, but not all of it.

ok, I mentioned high temp mastic, this is an "acoustic dampening" product used in bulidings I beleive, not sure where they really use it, anyway, this is the exact same thing as standard issue dynamat except it has no lables.. you can get this from www.mcmaster.com its part # 9709T18

the RAAM Mat appears to be something someone is actually making himself, I'm not sure about it, but I'v ebeen told its just as good as dynamat extreme only much cheaper, look for this dude on ebay, think his name is raamaudio or something like that.
