Grease fittings

1999 ford F150
I just had my 1999 F150 lubed and the technician told me that 3 of the 5 fittings on the drivers side were not holding the grease. The ford manual does not show any grease fittings, what is the real story.

Lower and upper ball joints or outer tie rods replaced with aftermarket parts with zerks? Possible the rubber dust boots are leaking?

That, or the grease monkey is trying lube the head of a screw or bolt.
