Green “badge/shield” light

I just purchased my 2018 Explorer PIU last Saturday. To the low left of the steering column on the dash is a button that when pushed, illuminates a green colored police badge/shield emblem. Does anyone know what that is for?

PIU high beam not functional

Is there a known fix to get high beams back? 2017 PIU. When I pull the lever back I get nothing. How can I get my high beams functional?

It's called "Secure Idle"
