I have searched and cant find aything about what you do the space the EGR tube with factory exhaust manifolds with a 1" trickflow intake spacer

A lot of us that have them have the torquemonster headers, and get a new egr tube from bob when we order them. So you could always go that route you won't regret it, I promise.

The more economical thing to do would be to take the egr tube to an exhaust shop and have them extend by an inch.
