Please help me learn - The right side with the oil gauge and I believe volts is dark. On a past Lexus I had LED needles which really sucked. Are these LED needles or just needles reflecting light from standard bulbs? Are they hard to replace? Any new info will be greatly appreciated. This is a 1999 Eddie Baur.
