Halogen headlamps and Fog Lamps to match

Gentlemen,

I drive a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT V8. I'm interested in getting that "bright white" look in the headlamps AND foglamps. It's easy to find ones for the headlamps but finding ones to match the foglamps is another story.
The dealership my friend owns could not give me any tips either.

Anything out there that is effective in both fog lamp and headlamps?

ebay hids, your looking at around 180 bucks for the headlights and fogs. Sylvania . com has an guide to auto bulbs, check them out and they will tell you which bulbs to buy, for white you want 6000k color on the hids.
