Only first and second is hard to shift into? How about other gears when you are stopped? I'm trying to remember the inards of the tranny from pics but it seems like first and second are on the same "shift fork" could be something isolated to that. Do 1st and 2nd share the same syncro? I'm foggy on the internals but I believe if you have no problems at a stop hitting other gears that it is something internal, whether shift linkage, syncros or something else. If it's all gears I'd be looking at pilot bearing, slave cylinder, the bearing on the slave(throwout?).
