Has anyone removed this piece on their dashboard? (picture included)

It encompasses the air vent, head light and dimmer switch. I'm assuming it just snaps in, but I want to make sure before I start prying on it.

i'm very certain that does not come off, its part of the whole dashboard.

Ok, I figured it out, only half of comes off; starting just under the vent. It snaps out from the top. I wanted to see if there was room under the dimmer for a rocker switch. There isn't.

No, the vent is part of the dash. The light switch kind of slides up under the vent. Gently pry up just under the dimmer switch, it comes out pretty easy.

remove the air vent first and then you can remove that part with the headlight switch
