On my 95 explorer, the driver's side head lamp low beam does not work, high beams work fine. Bought a new one and it still didn't work. Checked the voltage to the head lamp plug and found it was like 3 volts. I checked the fuse, it is fine and it has 12 volts.
Does anybody have any ideas???
