Headlight Alignment Possible (vertical & horizontal?)

I was curious if the headlights can be aligned on my 2003 Explorer. Got it back after a crash and while they look straight vertically, it seems they both point too much to the right side of the road. I know they're supposed to go a little bit to the right of the road to avoid blinding oncoming traffic, but my driver's headlight seems to literally go down the middle of the truck. The passenger one isn't as bad.

Can the headlights be aligned vertically and horizontally?

They can only be aligned vertically. The mounting hardware that they sit in align them horizontally. Check to make sure that the pegs are mounted in the clips all the way.
