Headlights Flickering

This night my headlights and turn signals started flickering and wouldnt stop until I turned them off completely and if I put on the parking lamps the headlights wouldnt come on if i pulled the knob OR the headlights would come on and my parking lamps and dash lights would go out? Anyone have any idea I have a 91 xlt

alternator? battery? battery wires?

I would check all of those. While you're at it check your grounds too. Doesn't sound like a fuse issue since they sometimes come back on

The headlight switch is probably bad. They tend to wear out after a while.....
