We have a 2003 Explorer with automatic climate control. The heater and/or defroster will not push out hot air any more. The A/C still seems to work, but we cannot get any hot air. Last week my brother and I pulled the lower dash off of the driver's side to look at the fuse panel. We did not pull any fuses (we thought we might for another repair we were making). My wife mentioned a few days later that she thought the truck was not putting out any hot air. I've read some of the forums that mentioned a mix valve that sticks open and causes a similar problem. Most people mentioned a ticking noise. We do not have this at all. Could it be something else? Did we do something when we were looking at the fuse panel? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
