Hello Everyone, New Ford owner

Hey everybody. I just bought a '94 Ranger 2.3L and the thing is spotless. Problem is, there is no maintenance records. I put some mobil 1 oil in, and changed the fuel filter, and it turned out to be a fairly new motorcraft too, same with pcv. The spark plug wires are motorcraft too, and seem to be in good shape, but with 97,000 miles I want it to last and I want everything done right. Anybody have any recommendations? Should I change them too?

Welcome to this forum! Just replace the fluids, and don't waste time changing other parts that look good. You know the expression about fixing something that's not broken.
