I do greatly appreciate the welcomes.

I do wish to apologize if I came across wrong with the tone I brought to some of my other posts....
While I may tow for a living, and have had to grab many thru the years....I still bought one for my personal vehicle because I've never personally come across a fatality.
That said, wish to be a "productive" member here.

I will also get back to the issue in another thread but...........Has anyone had the dealer damage the power steering while performing the cruise recall on an 02....still trying to pinpoint

I'm not the most "mechanical"...if you will-(I just load em up)
