Hey guys, just joined this forum and I'm looking forward to a very helpful and fruitful relationship! I own a 2001 Explorer Sport Trac, it's tan, basically stock, with a hard ARE cover. I have to say that this truck has changed my life. It makes any activity far more fun and the 4x4 is perfect.
My only plans with this truck are an after market intake and possibly a sound system. I would like to learn more about my truck and hopefully make new friends, and share some good discussions w/ you guys!
If anyone can give me some more information on the positives and negatives of installing an aftermarket intake, whether it be a K&N or an ebay intake.
Also, I wanted to quickly let you guys know that I work at an Auto Parts store (not Pep Boys), and I have access to discounted prices, tons of "tools" (databases, interchanges, catalogs), and much more.
