Hi everyone. I'm new and thought I'd say hello. I'm not sure if this is the forum I checked last week or not but if it is, I saved 140 bucks! I was all set to buy a new MAF sensor because my '03 Explorer, 4.6L V8 was idling rough and the service engine light was on. It also spit out the codes for the left and right bank running lean which is usually and indication that the MAF is bad. (instead of the typical O2 sensor throwing the code on one side) I read about the vacuum line developing a hole and low and behold, that's what was wrong.
So, thanks to all that post on forums like this because there's a ton of knowledge and experience to share that can save us money and a lot of frustration!
