I just found this site yesterday. I've owned a '96 Explorer Sport since Mar 96, and although the Explorer has been delegated to a secondary vehicle, I like to have it around.
I had a problem with a serpentine belt break yesterday and discovered that the idler pulley had seized up. Between this site and a couple of others, I was saved from a trip to a mechanic. Thanks!
The Explorer needs a few other items fixed (i.e. power windows haven't worked in a while) so I hope that I can learn a few things from all of you.
