Hey all, I am from Malone, NY just below the US/Canada border.
I have a 1998 Explorer that I bought from my neighbor in a marginal run condition. I sorted out some brake/front end conditions, replaced a hub and
fixed some electrical and exhaust problems.
I originally bought the vehicle as a winter beater but found it to be an exceptional vehicle for off-road and particularly deep snow conditions.
The trans. hesitates for up to 20 seconds before shifting into reverse. Kinda thinking about a used tranney.
Anyway hello and I am looking forward to meeting people on this site.
