First off here is my info:
Purchased a 1998 5.0 awd new. Gave it to our daughter after graduating
military-(defense language institute-russian)
in Monterey,CA. Had 40,000 original-garage kept beauty. Anyway have been looking for another X for quite some time when I found my current one.
96 4-door XLT 4.0 controltrac 4wd with a 5-speed manual & 3.55 ratio axle's. Ironically the seller was a retired naval helicopter pilot. One owner with all docs including window sticker, maint. records and add from newspaper for sale labor day weekend-1996! Dry SW AZ car (Phoenix).
It is willow green with the basic xlt options. It has 120,000 on it and seems to run fine. Love the manual tranny!
Fun to drive! 
Was wondering as to how rare it might be (5-spd 4-door)?
