Looking forward to a good 2008 and wishing the best to everyone. My better half has enjoyed her 1996 XLT with the 6 cylinder push rod engine and two wheel drive. Problem is the old six disk CD changer died and she wanted a state of the art head unit. I already had a Pioneer 12 disk changer I wasn't using and decided to donate it. So I got her a Pioneer head unit with AM/FM and a single disk CD player. It'll play MPS disks that the 12 disc changer won't. The haed unit also has a Bluetooth unit and intefaces with her I-Pod. I should be so lucky. Well I've done about half a dozen aftermarket head unit installs ocer the years so I jumped right in. I got everything wired in plugged in the new head unit and everything seemed OK except for no sound come out. Hmmm! Must need to get power to the factory amplifier to get the speakers feed. Hopefully I can find something here that'll help. THANKS ALL and WISH ME LUCK!:salute:
