I'm from the UK and currently looking at buying an explorer.....they are much better value for money than the usual Land Rover/Range Rover choice that we have over here!

Hi to a potential UK owner. Yes they are cheaper to buy, but you must be prepared to do all the maintenance yourself as most garages have very little knowledge of them and few will be able to do the work. I would suggest that you look at post 98 models. When checking them out make sure that everything works including the 4x4 and the heater vents.
