I am a newbie here that has actually has been registered for a while. I just bought a 2000 Explorer XLT 5.0 2WD last night. It is gold with the grey bumpers, flares, and step rails. 16" factory wheels, tan cloth interior, premium sound w/factory sub (don't know if it works yet). I bought it for $2200 with 165k miles. It starts and runs great, motor and trans feel strong. Anyway, hello to all. Big Ford nut here that will hopefully be around for a while.

I was personally driving a 1997 Maxima SE which I more or less bought it cheap to flip it and make some money. Our "family" vehicle used to be a 1997 Mountaineer that finally was sold after the 4th accident. That Mountaineer was a tank.
