Help! Can't fill gas tank

I can not get the gas nozzle to go in to my capless gas tank.. 2nd time this has happened What is wrong?

Have you successfully used this same gas pump before? I've noticed that some stations (not in my state) have different diameter nozzles (sometimes they're larger). Not sure why.
