Help disconnect this hose

98 Ford Explorer, Changing Evap Canister Solenoid

Does any one know the trick to disconnect this without breaking it? Do I need some kind of hose disconnect tool?

Space is tight, have tried sliding it out, but just won't and don't want to break it.

Behind this white one is a green one also and probably suspect comes out the same way.

Squeeze with your fingers, where the little tabs are, do not use tools.

Previous poster right. Its oval till you squeeze then becomes round and slips right off
