- 98 ranger xlt flareside
hi can any1 help me. My 98 ranger xlt flareside (4X2) with 110k miles on it gear cable broke. The wire that goes from shifter to dash where it tells you you are going from park to drive to 2 or 1 is stuck on it i opened the steering area to discover that cable has snapped. any one who can tell me how fix it and or how much it will cost for parts or would i need a new instrument cluster. im so lost and i have inspection over due.
