hey y’all, been blindsided by this and i’m looking for a fix before it gets progressively worse.
I’m going to list down my problems, then i’m going to put the codes below. Let me know if i should replace my GEM module, and how I should go about it on my 2010 XLT.
Opening door locks don’t work. Locking locks work, present on both sides of the truck.
Key fob stopped working, however right before it died- it kept sounding off my panic alarm. then it died completely even after trying to program it back.
Fog lamps stopped working, which is odd because they’re brand new with brand new LEDs and i’ve never had a problem with them.
Ground cable connecting frame to body has rusted off. all other grounds are fine.
now for the codes:
someone please help. my poor beloved explorer that runs and drives like a dream just keeps getting these problems out of nowhere and some of it has to do with the rust (i assume due to the ground wire) BUT i am not sure. i want to hear this from you guys. I’m lost.
