Help me please Ex gfs dad likes to mess with my truck

well my ex girlfriends fater did something to my truck where it wont start even when i turn the key on auxilary the radio doesnt turn on the battery is connected and when i try to start the truck it doesnt even start to turn over im not sure what he did cuz i dont lock my doors so its easy to get in my truck i guess my lights turn on and taillights do work anyone can think of anything?

That is a crapshoot. The larger problem than the truck is that someone is out for you.
Check all your fuses. That would be the easiest thing to jack up in a hurry.

Yeah.. take your girlfriend's dad to court

Verify that the battery still has enough voltage - voltmeter or swap with a different battery.

Welcome to this forum! Do you have a different key? Maybe the system doesn't recognize the PATS key. Did you see if any fuses or relays are missing?

I remember my Dad and my next door neighbor's Dad using this trick. Whenever we were grounded and not allowed to drive.

The thing is, it's under the hood. Because the car was unlocked, it was easy to pop the hood and get under there (and I remember that much). It's a simple thing to do, and I think it requires a single tool if I remember correctly. A wrench I think? I can't quite remember.

She had a convertible, and my dad had a spare key. AKA- It was easy to do to us.

Very sorry I can't offer anything more than that, as it was quite some time ago.

I know it was a simple trick. Can't remember anything more though.
