- '98 Eddie Baurer
I have a '98 eddie baurer with 154,000 miles and just got a check engine light and the car will not shift into overdrive. Took it to Autozone and the code is reading O/D band failed. The guy told me I have to go to a Transmission specialists. The car shifts fine, just not into overdrive. Is this an electrical solenoid thing or do you think my transmission is going out? Any help out there would be great.
