Hello everyone, I'm scanning my vehicle's OBD2 using FORScan and noticed something unexpected. My vehicle has an engine (TIVCT), but the PCM module configuration shows a (BCDF). Which one is correct? (TIVCT) or (BCDF)?

Thank you!!!

Hello everyone,

I'm scanning my vehicle's OBD2 using FORScan and noticed something unexpected.

My vehicle has a TIVCT (Twin Independent Variable Camshaft Timing) engine,

but the PCM module configuration shows a BCDF. Which is related to the AWD Active Torque Coupling system.

My question is: Is it correct for a TIVCT engine to have a BCDF. or is this an error or mismatch?

If yes, how can I solve it.

Thank you!

What exactly is "unexpected" about it? All PIU's are AWD, and thus would have an AWD active torque coupling barcode.

Sorry, everyone! I'm frustrated that I'm not getting any help. Could someone please explain what's happening? How much longer do I need to wait, and why am I still waiting?

I don't think I'm the only one who has experienced this in the world.
