Help w/04, No Pw Windows, radio or gas gage

I am trying to help out a friend who power washed the under hood area of her 04 Explorer 4wd. The power windows are now dead, the gas gage no longer works and the radio is dead.

Apparently they swapped fuses a few times and never could get things right, and asked for my help. I have good fuses in there. Voltage going to the fuses. Tested the pw window thermal circuit breaker. Have power to the circuit breaker. I am really out of ideas.

I have not opened up the fusible links under the under hood power box, but wonder if that should be my next step...

Which engine does it have, V6 or V8? Auto or manual transmission?

oops...sorry guys...4wd....V-6.....Auto.....

Also...nothing else seems to be wrong....Checked electrical all over....drives fine...etc...etc...etc

Did you check those fuses? Couple of big ones. . .seems related to delayed accessories circuit, maybe a relay?

Went through the fuses underhood...checked thermal breaker under there...

The location should be shown in the owner's manual
