I have an issue with my 02 Explorer with the P1131. I used forscan to reset the code, but after driving a while, it comes back. I have cleaned all 4 oxygen sensors that were not cleaned since. I checked the exhaust for air leaks, but the code is still coming up. I need help now to guide me forward. Below is the complete diagnostic result with forscan
