help with headers ect...

hi im 16 and want to learn as much as i can before doing any mods to my 94xlt 4.o ohv ive got a great sound system ,a flowmaster cat back exhaust a k&n air filter (and im getting a 2in skyjacker susp lift and 31 pro comp mud terrains)and i was thinking about getting some headers if anyone could help me to chose some headers that will give me a deep throaty aggressive sound and will add horsepower and performance also i was thinking about replacing my spark plug wires what are the very best wires i can get and where can i get them also i have been havingg some trouble with my transmission there is a delay from park to drive and to reverse and vise versa .Also i was thinking about getting a chip but ive heard so many horror stories about them im afraid to waste the time and money any help or knowledge concerning my guestions i would greatly appreciate it thanx!

welcome aboard. Pretty much any aftermarket headers you will add will help horsepower and that noise you are talking about. I've heard positive comments about the JBA's though from several members. Be prepared though, installation will not be easy. You would need to have the dough to have them installed professionally or be prepared to spend many hours/days struggling with removing old bolts and putting in the new bolts, with bleeding knuckles, etc.
As for spark plug wires, best bet would be to do a search on Spark plug wires, I know they are discussed practically on a daily basis here.
