Help With New AC compressor, pressure probs

In the last week I have put in a new AC compressor 3 times, the 1st 2 seized up when charging. On this third one When I put the gauges on to charge it with the vehicle running and the AC on full blast, the low side stays higher @ 90 psi, than the high side, which is at 50 psi so It will not charge. It seems to hold the pressure.Does anyone have any ideas. This beast hates me..

Yes I did the pressure relief valve on the compressor has a leak
