help! Would an Infinity Perfect 10.1 Fit Q Logic?

After trying to install a Infinity Kappa Perfect 10d VQ in the explorer q logic box, I found out that it was too big. Now I'm searching for a new sub, and I would really like to stay with the infinity line... Has anyone had any experience mounting this sub in the q logic enclosure? Would it fit correctly? Also, would I want to go with the single, or dual voice coil.

I am using the Q Logic box with a Rockford Fosgate HE2 10" I love it! The sound is great and not loosing any space is awesome.

My RF 10 has a Top Mount Depth of 5 11/16 inches. I don't know what the depth of the Infinity is but mine fits and it is a huge magnet.

I really appreciate your posts, thanks for the timely responses. Also black magic, I really like your website, i've been to it before and you have some nice projects that I tried, shortened antenna comes to mind.

Anyway back to business, the mounting depth on the Infinity is 3/4 compared to 11/16... a difference in .06 in. My guesses is that it should fit, what's your opinion black magic, after mounting the RF in there, was it tight? Also, thanks for your reccomendation of the rockford fosgate sub, I used to own two twelve dvc's in a sealed box. I would go with a rockford fosgate again, I throughly enjoyed my previous pair, but I want to try the infinity if it will fit.

My next question is, has anyone seen this, or heard of mounting the infinity perfect 10 in the explorer q logic box?

I think you will be able to fit that. As long as the air space is adaquate.

I do not know of anyone with an Infinity in the qlogic box.

Rec. Sealed Box Dims: 0.60 cu.ft. on the infinity, I believe the q logic is .65 cu ft?? With all this in mind, and the .06 inch difference, think it'll work?
