Just wanted to say Hi, and that this seems like an awesome place. Just recently started getting in to offroading and what not after owning my 1993 Explorer for just about a year. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm having fun.

Welcome Aboard - I'm pretty new 02

Just inherited a 02 4x4 xls Explorer and I'm lookin for avid off road suggestions. Was the wifey's ride till my truck was totaled last Saturday.

I had a 00 4x4 f150 scab lifted with a 3" Per. Acc. body lift running brand new custom 16x35" tires. Other goodies on it too (K&N Air Intake, Jet Chip, etc..).

Anyway, I'm itching to do something with this explorer. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears. Anyone know if a 3" PA Explorer body would clear these tires? Actually does anyone know if the bolt patterns would line up? Can I crank the torsion bars?

I'm an Explorer Rookie too...
