- 2000 2wd XLT
Hi All,
I got my 2000 4.0 2wd XLT explorer after my divorce (and losing my Turbo-diesel dodge in the process).
I'm more concerned with maintenance issues than anything else for now (the old $ issue) but I would like to lower it and maybe toss on some Bullett rims. I'm not looking to slam it but just get it out of the wind. Has anyone done this? the truck has a nose-high attitude which is just plain tacky.
Also, the rear window hatch hinge is stripped out. Short of pulling the headliner, how do you fix this or change it out?
Thanks!
