Hi! I have a problem with the parking assist, and heated seats.

Hi everyone, excited to be part of this forum, just bought a 03 eddie bauer, love it..obviously got a couple questions right of the bat

1) My parking assist only works sometimes, its like a hit and miss thing.. Is this a common problem? Does anyone know what is could be?
2) Driverside heated seat doesn't work..it lights up on the screen when i press button and does heat...Easy Fix???

Reverse parking sensor is probably a sensor problem.
Check for them on ebay before you buy them from the dealer ($8 vs $100)
Most people that do replace them (there is a how to tread on here somewhere) resolve their problem. Its about an hr job.

Cant offer any suggestions on the heated seat except I did hear the heater parts do tend to wear out.
