I have a 96 Explorer AWD 5.0. Im in the process of doing a manual 4407 conversion and am also converting the front torsion bar suspension to Coil overs. Rear will be an axle flip, leafs over axle and a 3" body lift as well for clearance for maintenance and for the 35's I plan on running. The gears already purchased are 4.56's front and rear with a mini spool in the rear.
Im lucky to have a 96, as the 4407 swap is easy not having to worry about the speedo, since my speedo gets the signal from the rear diff
