2017 Explorer XLT
Bought 2017 Explorer XLT (see signature) 9 days ago with 80,000 kms on it. Traded my 2017 Escape Titanium 2.0L with 53,000 kms for it as wanted a slightly larger vehicle and a greater tow capability.

Thank you. Got $24k Cdn trade-in for Escape for the $31k Cdn Explorer from a BMW dealer. No fairly local Ford dealer had a used Explorer with options and price range we were looking for unfortunately.
Cheers!

Haven’t tried towing my cargo trailer (3,000 lb max. gross weight) with it yet. My 2017 Explorer has class III 5,000 lb max tow capability so it should handle things fine even with some cargo in the back of the Explorer. My 2017 Escape had class II max. 3,500 lb tow capability which did not leave much ability when considering combined trailer and vehicle capability

Welcome.
