Hi, guys. My name's Eric and I just joined the forum. Like many others, I joined the forum because I was searching (for three days now) for a solution to a problem I've been having with my vehicle. I'm also a member of several other Ford forums. Out of the 8 cars I've owned so far, only two have displayed emblems other than blue ovals. IMO, that's two too many. I bleed blue! :D

So, before I start this off on the wrong foot, I'd like to thank everyone (in advance) for their advice and counsel provided and right directions pointed towards. For that, I am grateful. I know many people on here ask the same question more than once because they could not find an answer exactly, precisely, or on-the-money having to do with their problem. I will probably be one of those people. For that, I am sorry.

Now, I know the moderators of some of my other forums frown upon newbies asking a question in the "WELCOME" threads. In order to avoid that here, where should I ask a "4WD problem" question. My specs:

1995 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer, 4.0L, AT, BW 4405 Control Trac

Thanks,
Eric

Welcome Eric. There is a search bar up top if you want so see if you can locate your issue. If you need to post a thread there is a stock 95-01 section and there is a transmission, transfer case, differential section. The sections can be located by clicking the "forums" tab up top.

Sweet! Been tooling around the forum and just found it. Yeah, I've been trying the search function for three days now. Every conceivable variation of the question I have. I think I'm on page 237 of the qustion section and not finding anything.

BTW, this forum is really well organized and layed out. I also like the "proper grammar" sticky. Props to the moaderators. Another forum I'm a member of is horrendously amuck with grammatical errors.

Welcome to this forum! It's good to see new members use the search bar before they ask questions. Many questions have been answered numerous times such as "what's the largest tire size that will fit my vehicle" or "how many inches could I lift my Explorer".

Welcome to the site Eric.
