After replacing my L/H cruise control bulb, I reconnected the neg batt cable and the horn goes off! Ended up removing the under hood horn relay. I tried one of the other relays and the horn still goes off, so it's not a bad relay. Do you suppose there's a short in the horn wiring somewhere? I got underneath where the horns are located and couldn't see anything unusual, except the clip that hold the wiring connector to the frame is a little loose.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
