Has anyone else had the issue of their 2021 explorer honking after locking and leaving the vehicle. It happens consistently exactly 10 min after. It will honk twice and then a 3rd honk about 15 sec later. This is consistent, then sometimes it will do it all again between 20-30min later.

I have not read a similar post here.
I'm guessing this happens when you are parked at home? If so, have you tried it when parked some other place? Although it's unlikely, I'm wondering if there is some sort of interference causing it. I'm guessing that it doesn'tr happen if you leave it unlocked?

Yes, it happens at home. Both in the garage and in the driveway. I am not sure if it happens at other locations also but will have to pay attention and see. I did sit in the car last night after locking it with the key fob and turning it off and I noticed that it happens at the exact time that the little light under the sync screen goes off. From what I have read that and the lights for the back seat controls stay on and turn off after 10 min. It’s at this time that the horn honks twice and then a third time 10-15 seconds later. I can’t figure out if there is a way to check or alter alarm settings to see if this could be it? Or does it seem like that would be electrical issue?

This is a new one to me. About the only thing I can think of is to disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes and see if that does anything.

The Power Saving program turns any lights off after 10 minutes. I'm not sure what the connection is between that and the horn sounding.
Did this just start happening?
