how cool is this?

Hey, i was looking for Sara's (Alpha's) Carbon Fiber altezza's, and i ran across this thing at Summit.

this is HOT

how cool does that thing sound? anyone on here have one?

im probabally gonna get that before i do any mod's on my Jeep so i can record performance. maybe i will hardwire it into the electrical system and drop it in the armrest or something. that'd be cool, but then it wouldnt be able to switch cars.

that thing looks fun.

I've heard of people using them with good results... in fact a few months back if you bought 4 BFG speed-rated tires you got one of those bad boys for free. I dont think the offer is still going on though.

I dont, but I hang out @ a camaro/fireboard all the time still. A few of them own them and Ive heard that

1) you need to find a perfectly straight, flat, stretch of road for 1/4 mile.

2) they are off a bit... but good for estimates and seeing how mods help you

as long as they are consistantly off on the 1/4, then it doesnt matter a whole lot i suppose for tuning.

and you wouldnt use this thing at the track, cuz you cant prove it, you would want the time slip, but this will at least insure that you dont embarass yourself when you get there.
