How do you remove the radio 2003 EB

I have a CD stuck in the 6 CD/Radio unit.

Here is how to get the deck out....

1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit.

2. Unclip and remove entire panel surrounding radio including climate controls and vents.

3. Remove (2) 9/32” screws securing radio.

...and I think I've seen something on here somewhere on how to get stuck discs out of the 6cd player...
