How do you stop all the chiming

I read somewhere on this site that you can deprogram the remote or some other control to stop all the doors from locking automatically. And also stop all chiming noise. Can't seem to find it. I would also like to make the anti theft device that makes the horn start blowing completely inoperable. This is on a 97 X

I took the gem out and opened the black case and drilled three very small holes in the top of the buzzer through the hole and the sound is all gone!!!!
