How do you take off the plastic bumper cover/OEM splash guards?

Mine are faded, want to shoot them with a coat of something not faded.
Took a quick look today, didn't see anything too complicated but thought I'd pull from the knowledge-well around here for tips on what to do and what to look out for.

Make it easier.... Just tape those parts off, and spray with Krylon plastic paint. You might also want to use adhesion promoter.
