How hard is a catalytic converter to install

So i need to replace the cat converts, both of them on my 2001 4.0 SOHC. How hard is it to get at the flange bolts that connect to the manifold. I looked up but didnt see how to get a wrench on there, sorry no power tools. Or should i just take it to a muffler or garage.

Nuts get rusted on, and act like they are welded. A blow torch (with proper care) could make them expand, and glow like a cherry. They will come off easily at that point.
