how much for a gear swap in '96 v8 AWD?

ok, well im about to buy a 1996 v8 awd explorer. but there is a problem. i have plans to lift it and slap on some 33's, but i will have to regear since the v8 awd dosent come with 4.10 gears.

sooo.... how much will a gear swap to 4.27 or 4.56 cost in a '96 v8 awd? i need to factor these expenses into the decision of buying this car, and so i need the info pretty soon.

Gear swap

I just put in 3.73's from 3.27's in my 97.
I swapped out the whole axle assy because, at least here in CT, no one would do a ring and pinion swap.
I paid more than I should for the axles but nevertheless
for 99' 3.73 w/6000 miles F&R $1500
Labor was $600 for the cost I couls have at least bought the rear new from Ford and the front from the bone yard but oh well, there in and working great.
