How much HP?

I'm sure this has been covered before and i know i asked this earlier but i lost the thread. How much HP does a stock 4.0 SOHC engine have? my truck is a 1997 XLT. secondly what are the up's and down's about my engine? it only has not even 52,000 miles on it.. and the ONE thing that bothers me about it is the fact that sometimes it sounds like it's kinda squeeling.. or has a high pitched noise (reminds me of the noise when you turn your steeringwheel all the way and the power steering starts to hiss at you when you reached the max).. it dosent do it while im driving i dont think only when im sitting still.. anyone have or had this same problem/noise?

The noise sounds like it might be your IAC going bad.

whats my IAC, how much does is cost to replace and what does it do for the car? sorry im not very engine smart.. i need all the help i can get.

i still need to know what type of money i'm looking at. plus i just bought the car and it has a 30 day 1000 mile warranty so is it something they should fix? how much$$$$
