how the heck do i lift my 97 without spendin an arm and a leg

i have a 97 xlt sohc 4wd and i wanna get more clearance but so far i have only been able to find one company that makes a lift for it and its out of my price range. my problem is that everyone has stuff out there for trucks with coil overs in the front and no one has anythin for torsion bar setups. i have 33X12.50 on and have cleared away enough fender to keep them from rubbing but in the most extreme situations it still jams into the wells. is there an easy way to change to coil overs or am i stuck with the torsion bar. anyone with any kinda advice i need it i hate havin the inbetween year that got shafted and if theres anyone with answers please help.

Search button is your best friend. Have you done a torsion twist or shackles in the rear? Beyond those I beleive your either doing a custom setup or paying a lot. Search it's been covered many many times.

A TT, add a leaf, shackles and a body lift and you should be able to fit 33s. That would be your cheapest route.
